Chardae’s leadership is deeply personal. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, she understands the challenges families face when seeking timely and effective care. That experience fuels her mission to ensure that families in Sealy and surrounding communities no longer have to travel long distances to access essential ABA therapy.
As the leader of the first ABA therapy facility serving the Sealy area, she is focused on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where children are empowered, families are heard, and clinicians are equipped to do their best work. Chardae is passionate about building lasting partnerships with local schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to strengthen the network of support for families affected by autism.

Aisling a passionate clinician who believes that no two children—or families—are the same, and that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. She loves creating individualized services that meet children exactly where they are while building strong, meaningful connections with the families who support them every day. Helping families reach goals and milestones they may have once thought were out of reach is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Aisling earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and has spent the past 10 years working with children in a variety of roles. For the past six years, she has worked in the ABA field, including four years as a Registered Behavior Technician and nearly two years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. These experiences have shaped her collaborative, ethical, and creative approach to care.
Aisling’sclinical interests include fostering growth through play, connection, and individualized strategies that promote confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. She especially enjoys partnering with families, celebrating every win—big or small—and finding joy in the progress made along the way.
She looks forward to continued growth as both a clinician and advocate, learning alongside the families she serves, and making a positive, lasting impact—one milestone at a time.

With over 16 years of dedicated experience working with children, including 4 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the ABA field, Theresa brings a unique blend of clinical insight and heartfelt compassion to her role as Office Manager.
Having also served as a Medical Assistant, she possesses a strong foundation in healthcare operations, yet her career has always been anchored by a calling to support the next generation.
Theresa believes that children are our most precious learners, deserving of unwavering protection and guidance. While she is excited to transition into leadership as an Office Manager, her “babies” remain her biggest motivation.
Theresa looks forward to supporting the team and families daily, celebrating every milestone and accomplishment from a new perspective.
