Heidi became a BCBA and COBA in 2017, specializing in ABA. She was previously an Intervention Specialist, and her interest in ABA began in 2004. Heidi further developed this passion while earning her master’s in Psychology and running an inclusive in-home childcare business.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys family time with her two sons and German Shepherd, outdoor activities, exercising, watching movies, and traveling.

We are thrilled to introduce Kristy as our new Office Manager. With years of management experience, Kristy is well-equipped to handle her new role. Her background also includes working as a tax specialist for H&R Block in Rittman. She graduated from the Wayne County Schools Career Center with a focus on Banking and Finance. As a parent of a child with autism, Kristy has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families. Kristy and her husband have been married for 29 years and have two children.
They have been part of the Rittman community since 2007.
